A hot zone is created by concentrating the heat with the aid of a heat pump, and a cold zone is created where the heat is extracted. Heat collection is accomplished by either of two methods, a vertical loop system and a horizontal loop system, and the Company will install either according to circumstance and customer preference.

Geothermal heating and cooling is safe, clean, reliable and affordable, based on refined technologies that have been in use for more than 50 years. Depending on building type, system design and other variables, the payback is usually received in two to eight years. The system is maintenance-free and has a working life of 50 years or more.
